I Grew up from IT engender to CIO. I had led IT system maintenance department since 2004 march. And I've led IT department since 2005 September. We have IT team of 11 employers in 2 sub departments. I was engaged in: Carrying negotiations in IT scope, leading miscellaneous IT projects, implementing and making information security standards and polices, achieving necessary level of stability and continuity of work, planning IT infrastructure development, IT budget planning and accounting, staff recruitmenting of IT department, organizing cooperation of IT and other bank departments. I have some achievements: Wide Implementation of Microsoft terminal environment and involving standardized IT equipment of staff work place allowed to decrease TCO for 15%. There was dramatically increased stability scalability of IT infrastructure. We changed ABS at 2005 to Inversion “Bank XXI”. That leads to significantly climbing of business operations and save 10% on ABS support expenses. Due to regulation software access procedures and organization license management process we reduced software TCO for 10% approximately. Planning hardware upgrades, making reserve systems and planning uninterruptable infrastructure, updating backup systems, installing antivirus and antispam protection systems allowed to achieve necessary level of stability and continuity. Developing intranet allowed to dramatically decrease connectivity and software licenses expenses. There were 3 new opened branches in Moscow, 1 in Ufa city. And 1 brunch in Tver city have prepared for start. There were organized and done main office move during 2 weeks. There were implemented new internet banking and plastic card management systems. Virtual server infrastructure based on VMware started in test move for reduce hardware TCO.

I was responsible for complete IT scope of data exchange network and Internet access services. Suggest and Make modernizations lead to provide high quality data transfer service in Zhukovsky town area. I had developed access control and billing system, which wasn't required modernization during 3 years. I have laid the foundation for data network development in Zhukovsky town, had marked 2 optical data transfer trunks.
