Responsibilities: - orders realization (loadings, calculations, supporting of the goods stock); - operate within the client policy and SLAs; - overdue debts management; - monthly forecasts consolidation; - analysis of forecasts/orders selection; - monitor stock levels, and advise of potential stock outs; - complaints and claims activity; - execution of goods returning; - service of the foreign customers and the Company’s units (Intercompany) in Poland, Great Britain, France, Singapore et al.; - cooperation with external auditors (KPMG and others); - quarterly sales report in Microsoft Power Point; - monthly sales report; - weekly overdue debts report; - cooperation with Warehouses, Production, Planning, Accounting and Distribution (foreign-economic activity) Departments; - discharging of duties of the Customer Service Chief during his absence. Achievements: - temporarily was charged the work at the Purchasing Department. Successful holding of two appointments. - successful transaction in the Key Customers such as: McDonald's, The Coca-Cola Company, PepsiCo Holdings, Nestle Food, Nestle Water Coolers, Kraft Foods Russ.
