Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare unit requisitions for materials and services in accordance with company procedures
• Communicate with onshore based Supply Chain personnel to ensure requisitions are understood, technical, queries are answered, and purchase orders are expedited as required
• Optimize stock levels onboard by regularly reviewing the minimum/maximum quantities on the suggested reorder lists
• Control & Coordinate receive and issue spare parts and equipment to / from onshore warehouse and all Azeri offshore platforms, pump stations (Azeri-Georgia) and BTC pipelines.
• Perform inventory audits & test counts as per company procedures.
• Prepare and issue required warehouse inventory reports as required
• Maintain current inventory of equipment stored offshore
• Regularly review slow moving items, obsolete and surplus parts in the all warehouses and bring to the attention of Drilling and Production Management
• Expediting of purchase orders, materials and shipments in route, etc and prepare reports as required

• Responsible to manage and monitor the expediting process for Drilling and Production Maintenance materials.
• Warehouse daily management, for example: material receiving, stocktaking, and cycle counting, scrap and waste disposal.
• Inventory management, including routine cycle counting of all inventory items and making the appropriate inventory adjustments, insure inventory integrity as to quantities and accurate part numbering in the warehouse.
• Issue, Return and Transfer transactions in MAXIMO/SAP.
• PR/PO raised & issue in MAXIMO/SAP.
• Works with the buyer group and sourcing specialists, communicating business needs.
• Coordinate and expedite accurate material requisition preparation for of Long-lead, high value, engineered, inspect able and Low-value materials consistent with material required on-site dates to support fabrication, construction and on-stream dates
• Prepare Material status reports
• Interface between buyers and onshore/offshore materials coordinators and also suppliers. Monitor project compliance with company policy pertaining to the identification, requisitioning and delivery of spare parts required to support start-up and commissioning. Requires interface with various Procurement & Supply Chain Management Departments to provide critical support
• Support buyers of direct/stocked materials on day-to-day activities
• Be the first line of escalation for buyers and help them to resolve issues with suppliers and internal customers
• Create purchase orders for contract / agreement items.
• Ensure Purchase Orders (PO) are placed in a timely fashion, targeting a low rate of open purchase requisitions
• Follow up PO status with supplier, update supplier orders acknowledgement in SAP and maintain accurate delivery dates on the PO. Ensure no overdue POs exist in the system
• Provide support to planners, project managers, manufacturing and other areas
• Oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines
• Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock
• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers from onshore/offshore assets and cycle counts.
• Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records
• Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs
• Respond to sales inquiries and purchase orders; collect and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities; process orders for shipment
• Review operations schedules and production requirements to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Daily update of the MRP system and proactive review of supply and demand to determine new order and push/pull actions to ensure customer demand is matched
