I was part of the operation's drilling team I have been doing the following: 1. Preparation of the Drilling /Testing AFE's to ensure that all jobs/goods have Financial approval prior to commencement; 2. Preparation of annual Wells expenditure budget (for a proposed by Perspective Planning Department road map); 3. Detailed cost tracking of Drilling/Testing jobs; 4. Cost Tracking of expenditure against approved Wells contract values and highlighting any areas of concern regarding overspent contracts in a timely manner to allow amendments to be generated to cover expenditure and allow for full cost recovery; 5. Close out of old contracts ensuring all billings have been submitted, processed and paid to vendors; 6. Providing detailed expenditure forecasts to assist in calculating contract values prior to submission of contract for Contract's Team (GNME) approval; 7. Providing weekly / monthly expenditure updates on Drilling/Testing costs (including estimated vs VOWD (value of work done) vs Actuals analysis); 8. Ensuring all inventory is correctly allocated to the relevant well and reconciling quantities issued to ledger; 9. Checking all invoices for Drilling/Testing to ensure compliance with contract rates and terms (more than 30 companies); 10. Providing accurate VOWD and accruals to Company Finance (Planning & Budgeting Department); 11. Responding to any ad-hoc queries related to all aspects of Wells expenditure; 12. Demonstrating a commitment to Company safety culture (meetings, training, inspection); 13. Training and mentoring Iraqi members of Finance (accountants). 14. GNME was created couple years ago and started its activity at the same time when I became part of the GNME team. GNME hadn't got specialized software, so I together with other specialists created the reporting system;

I was responsible for OCTG provision contracts (30'' Mitsui, 20'' + 16'' Petroleum Pipe Company, 13 5/8'', 9 7/8'', 7'' Vallourec), Bits Provision contract (NOV, BH, Smith), Services related to well drilling operations.

Efficiency chief specialists at Offshore drilling technology & engineering support division Offshore drilling department HQ OJSC "NK "Rosneft": * The analysis of productive - economic activity of branches and joint ventures on Companies projects for well building at shelf and offshore; * Preparation information and reporting materials of drilling technology and engineering support division; * Development of risk assessment system for offshore well building projects.

Exploration well construction department TNK-BP Management. I was responsible for: * Establishing and managing Planning and progress Reporting System & related procedures; * Preparing the project plans jointly with UT HQ Drilling, PPC and TS (Level I, II, III & IV); * Developing & analyzing scheduling, WBS, resource and cost risk and determining sensitivities & probabilistic outcomes vs. plan; * Monitoring actual progress of scheduled activities; * Monitoring sub-contractors and suppliers plans and progress report; * Assisting in assessing implications of proposed changes to contract scope & amending the plan as necessary to incorporate proposes and agreed changes to scope; * Leading in formulation of Decision trees and Decision Risk Analysis, Value Engineering and value of Work Done estimation.

 From 2009 up to 03.2013 I was responsible for organization of tender process inside Drilling & Measurement, Russia sales team. Location – Moscow. Client’s - all E&P O&G and Drilling companies (Integra, EDC, Burgaz, R.C.-Burenie, NEU). I was responsible for 1) from 2008 till 2011 for gathering data and making drilling market analytics reports (rig count, market share, services, competitors-SWOT); 2) Russia regulating documents for D&M Segment in Russia (licenses, permission, certificates, SRO); 3) organizing DM participation in the conferences (SPE 2012, 2011, 2010, 2008, 2006), exhibitions, workshops, technology days; 4) marketing materials in the DM segment – creating, printing brochures, flyers and the like; 5) participating from D&M segment in the project – protecting report before GKZ “Comparison of LWD vs WL measurements for FE” (joint with two segments – DM & DCS); 6) supporting Russian version of the site www.slb.ru (Drilling segment part).  From 06.2006 – till 2009 – I was selling services of the Drilling & Measurement segment in the Western Siberia and Volgo-Ural regions. Presentation, sales & contract negotiation, participation in the tenders to sell services – directional drilling the wells (slant/Hz, big drilling/sidetracks), measurement while drilling, logging while drilling, geosteering for clients.

I was responsible for clients (equipment for core laboratory analysis) searching, negotiations, and promoting Coretest Systems, Inc. equipment. I led projects with “Surgutneftegas”, “Lukoil”, “Gazprom”. Contract with “Surgutenftegas” was one of the biggest in the company’s history (till 2006).

Responsible for service, installation of the «Coretest systems», Inc equipment for the analysis of a core samples. Equipment for core preparation (slabbing, cylinder drilling, trimming). Equipment for standard and specific core analysis – elemental gamma logging, photography in UV and white light, bulk volume, porosity/permeability (by gas, steady/unsteady state, under confining pressure), mineralogical density, electrical properties, initial oil-water saturation, residual oil-water saturation, capillary pressure, compressibility, relative gas/water/oil permeability, water flood modeling, formation damage evaluation systems.

Laboratory management. Methodical support of researches, the metrological control, technical maintenance, negotiations with client . Also I was responsible for radiation safety.
